I-I-S Headquartered in Russellville, Arkansas. We are a solution provider for communications technology integration focusing in the areas of audio, video, telemetry, and wireless communication. We develop and maintain software to display and manipulate these various forms of data.
LAN communication with hardware products is definitely a strength for us. We are neither hardware nor software driven, but solution directed. When you have your solution, we have our direction!

Stan Robinson
Founder/President.CEOFounder & CEO of Innovative Industrial Solutions, Inc. He started the company back in 1996 after 20+ years at Arkansas Nuclear One in which he held the Decon Manager and ALARA Site Supervisor postions. Prior to his time at Arkansas Nuclear One, Stan served in the United State Navy for 8 years in the Nuclear Submarine Program.
Todd Robinson
Vice President/CFOVice President and CFO at Innovative Industrial Solutions, Inc. since 1999. Todd manages all accounting and financial duties of the company. He has Bachelor’s in Business from Arkansas Tech University.
Shane Robinson
Sales ManagerShane was named the Sales Manager in May 2013 and has been a Regional Account Manager at Innovative Industrial Solutions, Inc. since 2008. Has a Political Science degree from The University of Central Arkansas.
Austin Robinson
Sales/Marketing/New Business DevelopmentAustin has been with IIS since 2019 after finishing his college baseball career. He is in sales, marketing and new business development.
James Hicks
Production Manager/ Regional Account ManagerThe Production Manager and also a Regional Account Manager at Innovative Industrial Solutions, Inc. James has been with the company from the start. Custom fabricated modifications and solutions is his area of expertise and he’s been involved in the research, design and development of almost all our custom solutions. Prior to his time here, James was a contract decon technician for over 10 years.
Roy Rose
Vice President of Technical ServicesVice President of Technical Services at Innovative Industrial Solutions, Inc. He helped design and install our first deployed audio/video system in 1999. Software design and development, networked audio, telemetry and video integration are just a few of his many areas of expertise. Prior to his time here, Roy was in IT at Arkansas Nuclear One and a Decon Tech Contractor. He has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Arkansas Tech University.
Justin Sukup
IT SupervisorIT Supervisor at Innovative Industrial Solutions, Inc. since 2009. He has 10 years experience in IT, network technology integration, and is a specialist in wireless infrastructure configuration. Justin is a Cisco CCNA, Pelco Endura and Vocera Certified Technician. He was the research and design developer of our new product, the I.I.S. Remote Display.
Jason Kilburn
